Orbit for your team.
Create an organization, invite people, and every one of them gets Orbit AI, mail on your domain, encrypted chat and shared password vaults, inside a workspace the team runs. One plan per user covers every app.
Members and roles
Invite by email. Owners and admins manage the roster, and removing someone drops their access in every app at the next sign-in.
Mail on your company domain
Add your domain in Mission Control, use our relay or run your own, and every member gets an address, an inbox sealed to their own key, and a shared calendar.
Encrypted chat and calls
Orbit Chat mirrors your roster and seals every message, file and call on the device. The server routes what it cannot read.
Shared password vaults
Orbit Pass shares a vault with people in your organization, each with their own copy of its key. Owners, managers, editors and viewers set who can change what.
Orbit AI for everyone
Shared Projects with team instructions, the model chosen per message, and usage that is metered and visible for the whole workspace.
A team workspace in three steps.
Everything about the team lives in Mission Control. The apps read it and never ask again.
-
1
Create a business
Create it from your profile in Mission Control. It replaces your personal account, after you confirm: an Orbit account is one or the other.
-
2
Invite the team
Send invitations by email with a role for each person. They sign in with their own Orbit account and land in your workspace.
-
3
Add your domain
Point your domain at Orbit's relay, or at one you run, and addresses, inboxes and the calendar follow for every member.

Starter is $3 per user a month, Pro $6 and Max $16, for at least 2 users.
A business is billed for the licenses it assigns, and you can mix plans: Pro for some, the cheaper Starter for others, Free for the rest. Claim up to 20 Starter licenses free for 14 days to try it with your team first. About the free trial
Manage the devices too.
Orbit MDM sets up and secures every iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows PC and Android phone your company owns. Orbit RMM keeps every computer healthy and patched. Both are free on up to 10 devices; past that, per device, apart from your Orbit plan.
Orbit MDM
Enroll, configure, lock and erase Apple, Windows and Android devices, with zero-touch through Apple Business Manager and one policy for every platform. $3 per device a month.
Orbit MDMOrbit RMM
Health, alerts, patching, signed scripts and software for Windows, Mac and Linux, from one small agent. $3 per device a month, or $5 a device for Orbit MDM and RMM together.
Orbit RMMWhat your IT team will ask.
Sign-in, provisioning, logs, compliance, where data lives, uptime and support, answered for Orbit as it is today, including what it doesn't do yet.
- Single sign-on
-
Orbit is the sign-in
Mission Control is the identity provider. Everyone signs in once with their Orbit password, which never reaches our servers, and every Orbit app trusts that sign-in. Your own apps can use it too: Mission Control is a standard OpenID Connect provider, so Auth.js, Keycloak, Authentik, Spring Security or any generic OIDC library can sign people in with Orbit.
What it can't do yet is sign people in through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. There's no SAML, and no sign-in from another provider, because the Orbit password is what makes each person's encryption keys.
- Provisioning (SCIM)
-
Not yet
Owners and admins invite people by email with a role. Removing someone ends their access to the business in every Orbit app, and what they shared with the business stays with it.
- Audit logs
-
Devices only
Orbit MDM and Orbit RMM record every action on a device and who took it. Mission Control records every sign-in, failed sign-in and sign-out to protect accounts, but there's no audit log of the other apps for your admins to browse yet.
- What admins can see
-
By design
Owners and admins manage members, roles, usernames, domains, mailboxes and shared mailboxes. They can't read anyone's end-to-end encrypted mail, chats or vault items, and neither can we. Share a mailbox or a vault to give a team access.
- Compliance
-
No certifications yet
Orbit has no SOC 2 report or ISO 27001 certificate, and doesn't sign HIPAA business associate agreements, so don't keep health records covered by HIPAA in Orbit. For GDPR, the Privacy Policy sets out how we process a business's data on its behalf and your people's rights, and transfers out of Europe rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Where data is stored
-
No choice of region yet
Our servers and databases are hosted by Railway. Orbit is based in the United States, and as the Privacy Policy says, we and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Mail bodies, chats and vault items are stored as ciphertext only you can open. See every company that handles your data in the Privacy Policy.
- Uptime
-
No SLA yet
We work to keep Orbit up, but the Terms don't promise a level of uptime or credits when it's down.
