What it does

Your password stays with you

It becomes keys in your browser before anything is sent. We keep only a hash of one of them.

Only what you approve

An app not made by Orbit has to ask first. It sees your email, name or picture only if it asks and you agree.

Open standards

Discovery, signed ID tokens and PKCE. Point any OpenID Connect library at Mission Control to sign people in to your app.

Nothing worth stealing

Codes and tokens are kept only as hashes, and app secrets are encrypted. A stolen copy of the database holds nothing usable without each person's password.

Revoke in one place

Disconnect an app and every token it holds stops working. Sign out of one Orbit app and you are signed out of all of them.

Personal or work, kept apart

Use Orbit on your own, or join one or more organizations with their members and roles. An account is personal or part of a business, and each app sees only the one you're in.
